Professional Packing

Tired of trying to figure how to pack that special item so it arrives in one piece? You have to find the right box size, then hunt down the bubble-wrap, peanuts, tape, etc. It’s time consuming, expensive, and a major inconvenience (and you may not pack it properly).

Proper packing is both a science and an art. Let our staff professionally pack and ship your fragile, valuable, large, and awkward items-we treat them as if they were ours. We stock over 50 box sizes and keep plenty of styrofoam peanuts, bubble-wrap, tape, specialty boxes (artwork, laptops, double-wall, etc.) and other packing materials on hand. We can even custom-make a box for those elk antlers or car bumpers.

And our “Packed to Perfection” guarantee gives you peace of mind to know that your items are packed to meet or exceed all carrier requirements.

SHIPMENT LIABILITY

Highland Pack & Parcel is referred to HP&P. HP&P customer shall not hold HP&P liable for failure to make timely delivery on delivery date specified. Any statement by HP&P as to probable date of delivery by carrier is a statement of opinion only and shall not be warranted in any manner. HP&P shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or deliveries by HP&P and or carriers. HP&P shall act as an agent only for the above receipt and forwarding of parcels by the customers who name and address appears above. HP&P assumes no liability of the successful completion of delivery of the parcel(s) accepted for shipment nor for the loss of damages by any cause in the parcels or the contents thereof. In the event of loss or damage to said parcel(s) HP&P will act as an agent on behalf of the customer for the filing and processing of claims. It is hereby expressly agreed that HP&P shall have no liability if any claim is denied or paid only in part by the carrier. Parcels are not covered for damage during shipment. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE THEY UNDERSTAND THE CARRIERS PACKAGING STANDARDS FOR SHOCK, VIBRATION & COMPRESSION. HP&P ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO A PARCEL PACKAGED BY THE CUSTOMER.”Unless a greater value is declared in writing on this receipt, the shipper hereby declares and agrees that the released value of each package is a reasonable value under the circumstances surrounding the transportation. The rules relating to the liability established by the Warsaw Convention shall apply to the international carriage of any shipment hereunder insofar as the same is governed thereby. Customer has 5 business days to notify carrier and HP&P of damage to parcel(s) after the shipping date. Customer certifies that they will retain all packaging materials for a inspection by carrier to determine if parcel(s) we’re packaged according to carrier guidelines.
